Oration Films is a sales company seeking to partner with the creators of films we like from around the world. With roots in Los Angeles and Wellington, New Zealand, Oration debuted at the Asian Film Market of the Busan International Film Festival 2014, promoting the Vietnamese film Gentle by Le-Van Kiet which was having its world premiere at the festival. Also in the initial line up was US film Lost Angels by Stan Harrington
Oration’s philosophy is that every project it takes on needs to be considered as a close partnership with filmmakers – considering both their immediate sales targets as well as their long-term artistic and career goals. By looking at the total picture and figuring out the best way to work for the individual film we think it’s still possible to make a difference even in a challenging film environment.
